Weekly Report for ASN Connectivity

Introduce a Weekly Report feature that highlights major connectivity and security changes for an ASN over the past 7 days, while also comparing with previous periods (14, 30, or 90 days).

The report consolidates changes in upstreams, downstreams, peers, prefixes, and BGP security incidents (hijacks, RPKI/IRR integrity).

Reports will be:

• Delivered via email (weekly digest).

• Accessible through a new "Weekly Report" TAB, where users can also explore daily reports covering the past 7 days.
